Learn the call. Guests, Bayes and you.

The point is to learn how investors in Europe reason. Pass or Fund is hosted by Marcus. AI reads the funding news and shortlists a few rounds. You pick one, and only then is the public case written. You edit and approve it before it is published. Sending that case to VC Field Assistant is a separate step: the guest writes their recommendation there. Bayes, our AI Investor, makes a separate call, and readers vote.

Finds the rounds

Reads European funding news every day, including incubator investment notes, and keeps pre-seed to Series B. Pre-seed and seed come first. Series B is shortlisted only when earlier rounds are too thin. Reports about the same company are merged into one.

Shortlists up to three

Chooses which rounds are worth a case: a clear thesis, an unusual business model or a lesson other investors can reuse. It leaves a shortlist — the company, the round, the deciding question and links to the news — and does not write the article.

Writes the public article

Writes the article readers will see after the host picks one case from the shortlist. Seven steps, from the news sources. It ends with what would have to be true for the round to pay off, and it gives no verdict. The draft waits for the host to edit and approve. VC Field Assistant is a separate step.

The case writer drafts only the case you picked. It stays hidden while you edit it. It is published when you approve it.

Send the case to VC Field Assistant

You

Add the startup’s website and the guest’s email on the draft, then send it. The company is created as a lead. The article and the news sources are imported, KPIs are proposed and the investment analysis is generated. The guest is invited when their email is saved. This does not start when the case is written.
